A restocking fee of up to 50% of the product price may apply.

3. Return after the return period, product remains in original condition

A restocking fee of up to 80% of the product price may apply.

A restocking fee of up to 100% of the product price may apply.

Q&A

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Products with damaged glass, dented shades, or damaged frames are not automatically considered defective products.

In such cases, 88OFF may provide replacement parts, such as replacement glass or shades, at no additional cost.

If you do not wish to receive replacement parts and prefer to return the product, it will be treated as a standard return, and a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply.

88OFF also reserves the right to deduct outbound shipping costs from the refund amount.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect item:

Please first check your order details to confirm the issue.
Report the incorrect shipment within one week after receiving the package.
After confirmation, 88OFF will arrange the correct product within 8 weeks after receiving your request.
We will cover shipping costs for returning the incorrect item and sending the replacement.

If you do not want an exchange and request a return instead, the order will be treated as a standard return, and a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply.
